📄 Motorhome Rental Agreement

1. Identification of the parties

This contract is between Sunday Campers, based in Málaga, Spain (the “company”), and the client named as renter in the booking.

The renter must be over 25 years old and hold a valid driving license with at least 2 years of experience.

2. Purpose of the contract

This contract governs the rental of a fully equipped motorhome or campervan for personal and touristic use during the agreed period.

3. Vehicle conditions

The vehicle is delivered clean, in good working order, and with all inventoried items. The renter agrees to return it in similar condition.

• Bedding and towels
• Full kitchen kit
• Cleaning and hygiene products
• Gas, hose, cables and technical equipment
• Insurance and mileage per booking

4. Authorized drivers

Up to 3 authorized drivers are allowed, provided they are registered in the contract and meet legal requirements.

5. Security deposit and payments

A security deposit must be paid before pickup. It is refunded after return if there are no damages, extra charges, or breaches.

Payments follow the conditions stated during the booking process.

6. Cancellations

Customer cancellations follow the policy in force at the time of booking.

If Sunday Campers cancels due to force majeure, a refund or equivalent alternative will be offered.

7. Renter obligations

• Use the vehicle responsibly and legally.
• No smoking inside the vehicle.
• Do not carry more people than authorized.
• No subletting or competitive use.
• Report any incident or breakdown immediately.

8. Vehicle return

Return on the agreed date, time, and place, clean and with the fuel level as delivered.

Extra charges may apply for delays, insufficient cleaning, missing fuel, or damages not covered by insurance.

9. Insurance and assistance

Rental includes comprehensive insurance with deductible and 24/7 roadside assistance within the authorized territory.

The renter is responsible for damages caused by negligent use or breach of contract.

10. Liability

• Loss or theft of personal items.
• Plan changes due to external causes (weather, traffic, etc.).
• Damages from improper use of the vehicle.

11. Data protection

Personal data is processed under GDPR solely for rental-related purposes.

12. Governing law

This contract is governed by Spanish law. Disputes submit to the competent courts of Málaga.
